Kiwi Fruit

Kiwi fruit is oval-shaped, typically about the size of a large egg. It has a brown, fuzzy skin that encloses a bright green or golden flesh speckled with tiny, edible black seeds. The flesh is juicy and sweet-tart, with a flavor reminiscent of a mix between strawberries and bananas.

Kiwi fruit, also known as Chinese gooseberry, is a small, nutrient-rich fruit known for its vibrant green flesh, unique flavor, and numerous health benefits. Native to China, kiwi fruit is now cultivated in various parts of the world, including New Zealand, Italy, and the United States.                                        The kiwi plant is a woody, deciduous vine that can grow up to 30 feet (9 meters) in length. It has large, heart-shaped leaves and produces fragrant, white or yellow flowers that give way to the fruit.
